Summer Reading

Summer reading began this week. We had a good group at the Egbe Kilimanjaro music program. We have movies on Tuesday at 2 and programs on Thursdays at 3:30. Join us for all the programs. Don't forget to pick up your reading packet to get prizes for reading this summer.

Memorial Day

We will be closed Monday for Memorial Day. We will reopen on Tuesday. During the weekend, why don't you go to the May Fly here in town? I have heard the planes coming in and it sounds like it will be a great festival.

Summer Reading

It's mid May and you need to start signing up for summer reading. It's going to be a great summer. We will hand out the bags at the first program and at the Children's Desk. Please come to all the programs that you can. See you this summer.

Summer Reading Registration

I wanted to remind everyone that summer reading registration begins tomorrow, May 1, and goes until Friday, May 30. Programs are on Thursdays at 3:30. Here are a list of the programs for the summer:

We will also be showing movies on Tuesdays at 2:00. Permission slips are needed for those under 13 to attend the PG-13 rated movies. Our summer movies are:

Happy Spring Break

April Things

Just wanted to let you know about our April programs. We will have our Teen Advisory Club meeting on Sunday, April 6th. We will be choosing movies for the summer and what books to use for the book club. We will have an altered books workshop on Tuesday April 8th at 4:30. Take old books and create something new out of them. The movie will be Sydney White on Tuesday April 22 at 6:00pm. Please come and join us for these programs
